Founded by Zachary in January 2020, Sensory Toys hosts a free sensory equipment hire for children and adults with additional needs. Specialist equipment is extremely expensive and often unaffordable for most families, making it harder to meet the needs of their children. Not only this, but many play centres and other facilities are frequently unequipped to accommodate children with additional needs, resulting in them being excluded; unable to take part and missing out on vital development play and socialising.
These are just a few of the reasons behind why Zak has decided to give back, helping to support as many people as possible by providing top of the range equipment inside a home environment, for up to seven days.
